All said they didn't carry my tire size, would have to wait 2-3 days which is hard to do while working. I happened to call this Mavis location, and John immediately said he'd do whatever it takes to get the correct tire for me today, so I towed my car to this location. Totally worth it because he got what he promised done! He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process!

- JWJames WilsonDec 10, 20251.0My spouse took his car here for an alignment yesterday once he got the car back steering wheel was off center the car had a pull to it to the right if you straightened out the steering wheel he goes to the left when my spouse came home i drove it its not right a proper alignment doesn't have a pull to it its funny new tires was put on the car 3 days before the alignment car drove great the steering wheel was still center but growing up we was always told after getting new tires get alignment if i new this would happen i wouldn't never took our car here then the manager called my spouse asking what could he do for my husband to take down the review because hes not trying to have a bad reputation well for starters u could have did the alignment proper kept fast talking my husband to get the review taken down how dare u call my husband trying to bully someone to take down a review we dont want no free service no free oil change no free nothing we are not the kind of ppl to leave reviews to get something free i know ppl do that but we dont we took our car back to the dealership our car is a cadillac they took it on a test drive said it was way off an hour late and 159.00 our car was back to normal so goes to show nothing was wrong with our suspension the car on has 38k on the dash yall just didnt know what you was doing so DO NOT CALL my spouse trying to get this removed because its not going anywhere buddy and no we DONT WANT NO FREE SERVICE!!!!!! WE PAY FOR OUR SERVICE'S in anything we get
