- LLLataciaJan 28, 20263.0I got an oil change yesterday from this location only because they were giving out coupons for high mileage oil. The first issue was I had to repeat myself 3 times. 1 guy ask what I needed I gave him the coupon and ask to check how much the total would be. Less than 2 minutes another person asked me the same thing. I was promised a quote before they started on my car next thing I know some young guy was already filling me up with oil. So I had to repeat myself to him. No one spoke. I was asked did I want my lights checked twice eventhough I already said they had been checked. I was low on coolant they asked about that and then they said I had an oil leak would I like to slow the leak for $19.99 crazy because I go to Jiffy lube all the time. I had the leak since October no other location made an offer or suggestion 🤔 why? Overall the miscommunication repetition and many people working on one car annoyed me. I hope they reach their goal of 400 reviews the link in the email doesn't work
