Someone jumped me off and I was afraid to turn it off again because I didn’t have family to help me and I just drove straight here. I was told it was going to be 387 dollars for a new battery because my car takes an AGM battery. Obviously I was stressed out and in a pinch, they offered a small discount which brought it down to 351 but upon some research and some calls home, I was overcharged by over 100 dollars and the type of battery you sold me isn’t even the type my car HAS to have. I could have gotten a lead acid battery for much cheaper with the same battery life. I feel I was swindled and I will NOT be returning to any jiffy lube location.
