He then sat down and clearly explained his professional recommendations for a couple of overdue services — all at a very competitive price and with no pressure at all. Austin was personable, transparent, and kept me updated throughout the process. Absolutely no regrets! While sitting in my chair, I observed numerous guys at the counter/waiting area interacting with customers. These guys are amazing men! They are all kind, courteous and respectful towards their customers. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and just sitting there, I felt valued as a customer. Thank you guys for having an awesome attitude while assisting us customers with our car repairs. Goodyear always does a great job of servicing my car. Also, your store is very neat and clean.
