  I had an excellent experience at Goodyear Auto Service Center 2180 in Augusta, Georgia (30909). Salesperson Tracy Bruyere and Technician Benny McGahee delivered outstanding service from start to finish. I came in with a tire that had a nail in it, and they had me in and out quickly without sacrificing quality. Tracy was welcoming, efficient, and made the whole process smooth. Benny did a fantastic job fixing and patching the tire, and his professionalism gave me complete confidence in the repair. It’s rare to find a team that combines speed, skill, and genuine customer care, but Tracy and Benny truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return for future service. – Shannon Lawson

  I recently had a flat tire and stopped by Goodyear for help. The team quickly inspected my tire, explained the issue clearly, and fixed the problem without any hassle. The service was fast, professional, and friendly, which really helped ease the stress of dealing with a flat. I appreciate their honesty and efficiency — I’ll definitely return for future tire needs. Highly recommend!

  Brought my truck in for a leaking tire on a Sunday and the guys had me ready to go in a very short time. Austin was the guy working the counter area and he was awesome! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. That Goodyear service center rocks. I’m going back to the same location the next time I need new tires.

  Had oil leak and dealership fixed still had leak Tyler checked and told to come back in one week to make sure not leaking found transmission leak and dealership fixed. Thanks to Tyler I would have never known. Been coming here for 26 years. Love the customer service.

  This goes out to Mr.Tyler & Mr John I heard and felt Something slide in my front-end while braking hard. Backed up and it sld back. So with this crazy situation. I went to Goodyear, and Mr.Tyler and Mr.John were absolutely professional knowable and friendly! Today went for alignment because the steering wheel was off center and pulling. Welp come to find out I believe the cam bolts were loose. Mr.Tyler took my Durango for test ride and he heard and felt the same as I did. Mr.John fixed me right up. I want to humbly say Thank You Mr.Tyler and Mr.John for literally helping me out,and going above and beyond! Mr.Tyler and Mr.John definitely deserve a nice raise! I'm very Thankful for a honest awesome shop! Goodyear is literally my go to shop from this day forward!! Again I can't Thank You 2 enough!!!
