- SDS. Davis3 days ago1.0Going to keep this brief. Had a repair done incorrectly. After driving only a few miles away from the shop, my car completely lost power in the middle of traffic. I was able to turn the wheel and coast into a parking lot. I called the shop and the technician was sent to where I was. When he pulled up, he immediately said that as soon as I called he "remembered" a screw he had not tightened. Instead of being apologetic, he was rude, condescending and dismissive. Mind you, it is a complete blessing that I was not rear ended the way that car abruptly shut off and then wouls not start. When I called to report the incident to the manager, I was put on hold for so long that I just drove back. I arrived, still on hold. While the manager was very apologetic and professional, I will never get over how that technician spoke to me. He would have never spoken to a man that way. I have been there several times before but 100% will never go back. My money is not spent where I am not respected.
