  I had an amazing experience at Express Oil Change! The staff was professional, fast, and genuinely friendly from the moment I pulled in especially Natasha. They walked me through everything without trying to upsell, which I really appreciated. My oil change was done quickly, the service was thorough, and my car runs smoother than ever. It’s rare to find a place that treats you with honesty and respect while still getting you in and out so fast. I’ll definitely be coming back—and recommending them to everyone I know!

  I’ll give one star just for the gentleman that helped me to begin with ( I wish I would’ve gotten his name). After going in for an oil change, all the sudden there’s a nail in my tire. Tony tells me all four of my tires are in horrible condition it would be dangerous to drive. Plus the tire with the nail in it can absolutely not be patched. I’m quoted around $500 for new tires. I decline the tires repeatedly. Repeatedly I am told it is dangerous. I decide to take my car to C&C Automotive (where I should’ve started in the first place). Come to find out, I do have one bad tire but the other three are fine. The one with the nail in it that “couldn’t be patched” was not even leaking air and it did not puncture the side wall. I call back to speak with Tony, the one who insisted I needed new tires. I questioned why the tire couldn’t be patched. He told me he didn’t know it wasn’t leaking air. So he was okay with letting me pay for a brand new tire when one wasn’t needed? I questioned about the rest of my tires being “dangerous” and he said well I can get you a better deal on four than just two. There are several other reviews stating similar experiences mainly towards young women. This is shady business and highly disappointing.

  I was assisted by Natasha today. She was very friendly and accommodating. I prefer getting my oil changed here and other maintenance work because you can trust the service is being done efficiently and timely. Highly recommend 👌

  ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE! Went by for an unexpected emergency and this being my first time even stoping here. Mr. Tony, the Service Manager, is nothing short of top tier in my book! He really gave me one of the best experiences and services, allowing me to feel comfortable as a first timer. The work from the team was great and time efficient. They definitely have a new customer from here out.

  I've been here a couple times already for oil changes (super fast and efficient btw), but the visit I had today is greater than what I can put into words. Tony, Nat and Trevor are an amazing team- everyone here is truly! Tony and Nat helped me with an issue about my approved EOC credit card; I didn't receive an email with my new card information, they jumped through hurdles to get what was needed. I'm literally writing this in their lobby- I can't thank y'all enough!
