Stop letting people or agents make reservations when you don't have cars available.

This happened twice in a week, from two different locations. At least one text me back telling me they canceled; the other left a voice mail. Sad part is the vehicle I requested was on both lots. This leads me to infer that they are not being transparent with who they choose to rent too. Bad business practice and model. Do better, be better
