The process of picking up my reserved vehicle was easy which definitely took away any stress I had with being a first time Enterprise renter. Jacob was incredibly kind and updated me every few minutes about my vehicle, making sure I had everything I needed and made sure my car was brought to the front to me. Very happy!

Why ? If the « plateforme » can’t guarantee a specific vehicle and the local office also can’t do it apparently over the phone … and once I get and saw a Camry with other cars and I wanted to rent it what’s the reason from preventing me from doing it … !!!
