I showed up 2 hours before the closing time and everyone was gone and no cars remained on the lot. I did not receive a call or text notification before my arrival from the location. The corporate office sent a confirmation text the morning of pick up to checkin which I completed. This was awful to do to a repeat customer. I almost didn’t have a way to get back home for the holidays.
