That level of communication made things much easier. They also checked in with me while I was out with the rental to make sure everything was going well, and they followed up again after the return. Their consistent communication and customer service really stood out. I normally rent from the airport, but after this experience, I look forward to making Enterprise–Gordon Hwy my location of choice. Overall, it was a convenient and positive experience from start to finish.
