  Had a terrible experience at Enterprise in Augusta Georgia at the Washington Road location. The manager was very mean and lie to us about conversation she had. She also abuses her power by making me wait and extended amount of time to get a rental car that was already sitting in the lot while she was telling me it was in the back getting prepared for me. I contacted Enterprise to try to address the situation my wife has contacted them also we have received zero feedback nor a call of concern. Hopefully the rest of you can read the reviews of that Washington Road location and understand that that is not the place for customer service and someone who's going to take care of you. The manager wanted to blame me for not doing things which we did not know yet she claimed that she called and talked to us yet she did not. Even when we had to return that vehicle because of it was too small for us and our family of five she lied to my wife about what was said and done the previous day. To the point where my wife started recording because it was so outlandish and the statement she was making. So once again as I've left the review after my feedback I've contacted Enterprise corporate also and try to reach out to their the regional manager I hope this may spark Enterprise to take action to investigate the manager of misconduct and not taking care of their customers

  Thank you so much to Brandy, Joy, Addison and Kedesha who were extremely helpful on Christmas Eve with assisting myself along with many other customers coming in and out frantically needing rentals Christmas Eve. They remained professional and kept a positive attitudes throughout the day despite it being the holiday season. I highly recommend everyone to book with this office as though sometimes things may be outside of their control for returned rentals, they still manage to assist their clientele to the best of their abilities. Thank you all for helping me reach my family that day🙏🏾Happy new year!

  Poorly maintained vehicle. Was not washed properly so I had to clean the mirrors and glass myself. Improper windshield replacement resulting in a ton of wind noise for our 10 hour drive. Also, poorly balanced tires resulted in excessive vibration on the highway. The vehicle had a noticeable number of dents / scratches which I noticed at pickup, but had not yet been documented.

  I appreciate the staff and how attentive they were during the process of my vehicle being repaired/totaled. Even during high traffic days they still went over and beyond for each customer that came through the door!

  DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION IN AUGUSTA. Go to Bobby Jones or another business. What an awful experience this morning for my husband at this location, Washington Rd. The store manager claimed that she talked to me and told me that we needed a specific card to pick up the vehicle. I've never spoke with her before and will be filing for a discovery for those phone call recordings she claims to have had with me. That isn't even my main complaint anymore though... The store manager was discriminatory, lied to my husband's face, and purposely made my husband wait to get the car (that we can't even fit our children in) because it was "in the back and getting prepped." The awful interaction started with my husband not having a major credit card and so a SUBURBAN was not being offered anymore, only a smaller suv that can't even fit my kids in it. He tells her that vehicle can't work for us and that the vehicle we reserved is the only one that can fit all of us. This is where the store managers attitude changes and she becomes NASTY. He always stays calm, remains stern, but never treats the employee badly no matter how awful he is being treated by her. My husband goes outside to prep our car and someone finally comes and gets the rental car for him. The rental car was in the front and sitting in the parking lot the entire time behind our vehicle. It wasn't being "prepped." She made him wait because of her personal, discriminatory personality towards certain customers. The store manager was awful, had a nasty attitude, and was purposely being malicious this morning. After looking at the previous review, it looks like this is a common occurrence at this location and with this same store manager. The store manager walked off from my husband and didn't finish the job (had someone else do it) before we could get her name or I would be calling it out on here. We ended up walking away with a vehicle that we can't fit our family into. I will have to go tomorrow with my major credit card to get a larger vehicle, but the store manager ASSURED US WE WILL NOT BE GETTING THE VEHICLE WE RESERVED. Again, do NOT go to this location. This employee has not been properly reprimanded, property RE-TRAINED, or fired from her previous issues and ways she has treated customers.
