  Currently not happy. Mechanic Keeps Getting pulled to work on other things. Promised deadlines aren’t met. Hopefully will be happy with finished product. But right now, not happy.

  We own a Mobile dog Grooming business and our generator went out not only did they take the time out to check what was going on which they had to replace with a new generator they had us up and running so we didn’t get behind on clients. They all were professional and fast and accurate with the replacement and overall service.

  On 6-27-2018 we took our motorhome there to have our Onan generator looked at. It was not working. The generator service manager, Harry (I think), along with their generator technician, Bob, both spent time diagnosing the problem. They then spent time patiently explaining to my wife and I why the generator would probably need to be replaced. We were in transit so we could not commit to having the work done there. They charged us nothing for their courteous and professional time. Great customer service!
