He did state that I am welcome to bring the vehicle to his shop to see whether they could complete the repairs at a reduced cost. After reviewing prior customer feedback regarding repairs performed by Cars Plus, I have chosen to decline that option. To be clear, I test drove the vehicle, inspected it, and asked direct questions regarding its condition prior to purchase. I specifically asked whether there were any mechanical issues, and I was told there were none. I agreed to purchase the vehicle at the negotiated price with the understanding that it was mechanically sound. Based on the information available to me at the time, I proceeded with the transaction. However, this does not change my concern that the vehicle was sold with what appears to be pre-existing suspension issues. So here I am $1600 later with hopefully a vehicle that will last without any further repairs. Updating my previous review: 2/16/26 Shortly after purchase (just 3 days), I noticed a rattling noise from the front suspension. Due to reviews about this companies repair work I decided to take the vehicle to a reputable shop and it was diagnosed with worn front strut mounts and sway bar links that required replacement for safety reasons. While the vehicle was sold as-is, I did not expect to need immediate suspension repairs. I’ve reached out to the dealer to make them aware and am awaiting their response. I’ll update further based on how this is handled. 2/13/26: Eduin at CarsPlus was great to work with! He made the purchase of my 2015 Kia Soul smooth and stress-free. The car was exactly as described and in good condition for its age. The only thing we discovered after the sale was that it didn’t have a spare tire — and he’s already working to remedy that for me. I really appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to make things right. Highly recommend working with him!
