I get there and the person I was to see stepped out and we got a new person I think we were his first ever customer! We rode around on a golf cart for 30 minutes looking for it! Turns out it was in the shop being repaired. Someone listed it on the website, 2 people confirmed that it was there and ready. This took half of our day without any apology whatsoever. It's been 3 weeks and I emailed the guy a few times and nothing. We were ready to buy

You never know who you're really dealing with presentation is key, If you show someone a camper you should be able to show case the amenities etc not sit down and watch barely knowing anything about the camper. Also, when you work in customer service make sure you make the customers feel welcomed not like they're disturbing you that can change the entire dynamic of the experience and wanting to shop at this place. All in all I'll give my money to the other company glad we decided to check this place out we now can see why people are saying what they say in the reviews.
