  We go way back as far as a customer at AutoZone goes, I had it in a ISUZU Trooper the year was 2000. The wreck that should have killed me never happened. I saved my own skin by changing serpentine belt. Loaner tool program saved engine from locking up and exploding. Kept nice tires Lifted the gadget and rerouted the serpentine belt tanks to auto zone. It doesn't matter how I look. I did it. The favorite of mine was Tesla and Mitsubishi mirage. And yes I will warranty it but still work on it too.

  Very rude and disrespectful employees. When I walked in the door the worker was sitting on the counter, on his phone. When I told him the part I needed he proceeded to argue with me about how it wouldnt work. Of course it did. But he said I wouldn't be able to return it if it didnt fit. Very very rude.

  A guy named terry answered the phone when I called to ask if they had someone on site to code scan my car. HE was great. Dwayne, who “helped” me in store, needs to be retrained down to the basics or let go. He was generally kind of rude the whole time, didn’t know how to use the scanner, didn’t want to show me the entirety of my car’s codes (for what reason I have no idea) and then wanted to argue with me over the reason I was in the store in the first place. He doesn’t understand customer service, your equipment, or even the basics of cars. I’m a huge fan of AutoZone but I will definitely avoid this one like the plague regardless of convenience. I know applicant pools can be limited but that’s no excuse to have that sorry of a worker on your staff.

  ZERO STARS FOR ALL INVOLVED. Extremely unprofessional and unsatisfactory service at every level of management. Took weeks to receive an answer about an incident that happened in store and the issue STILL HASN'T BEEN RESOLVED because I'm supposed to be satisfied with a $25 gift card after being scammed and insulted over some $64 headlights. I know y'all don't care but I'll never spend another penny here or at any other AutoZone again. Throw the whole company away!!
