- JAJames AvasJan 1, 20261.0I purchased a radiator and it was not the correct fit, upon returning it the following morning when this location opened, the old female manager there was extremely rude. Stating that I would not be given my refund because “we just opened up”. It was not until I informed her that I paid with my card, did she agree to refund me my purchase. Very rude and unprofessional, even the employee asked me after if I was okay, realizing her managers unacceptable behavior in the way she was treating me. I will never shop at AutoZone again.
