    Oneisha was a breath of fresh air! After I left the rental counter, I couldn’t find my parking receipt. I was over-tired from my very long journey with money running out fast, so I was quite stressed out as I returned back to Oneisha at the rental counter. At the time, she was helping another customer, but she dropped everything she was doing to help me find this ticket and advise me on what to do next. In my panicked state, this meant so very much to me. I’m so sorry to have interrupted the transaction of the guy Oneisha was helping at the time, but Oneisha’s immediate, sincere response really did touch me. I was able to get out of the airport parking lot without my ticket… and, later, I found it inside my wallet.

    Had a great experience with the Alamo at Augusta Regional Airport. The young woman that helped me got through the paperwork quickly and answered all of my questions. I was able to locate the vehicle easily. It was very clean and smelled brand new. I enjoyed driving it around town. When I returned the vehicle, I had a very early flight. I just parked the car and used the key drop. All very easy and worry-free. I will definitely use Alamo the next time I’m in town.

    My pick up was easy and fast!!! The vehicle I originally paid for wasn’t available but the substitute that I was given was perfect. The representative was knowledgeable of her job and she was friendly and full of smiles!!! My return was very easy, fast, and convenient, the attendant was friendly and very courteous!!! I highly recommend Alamo for your future car rentals!!!
