I honestly don’t even have the words to express how grateful I am for the unbelievable kindness and support I received at Advance Auto Parts on Deans Bridge Road, especially from a truly incredible human being named Mikel. Today, out of nowhere, my tire completely busted in front of the store—because of a random boulder in the middle of the road. I was stressed, stranded, and overwhelmed. But Mikel stepped in like an actual angel. Not only did he help me try to plug the tire, he spent over an hour and a half outside with me—patiently, persistently trying to fix the issue using multiple tire plugs, all while keeping such a calm, sweet energy the entire time. When the plugs didn’t fully work, he went even further—he literally drove to his own house, grabbed a spare tire from his own collection, drove back, and put it on my car for free. Who does that?! Who takes time out of their day to help a complete stranger like that? Mikel does. That’s who he is. He went so far above and beyond anything I could have ever expected, and I will never forget it. But it wasn’t just Mikel. The entire team at this location is incredible. Every person I encountered was not only knowledgeable and sharp, but also genuinely kind, warm, and eager to help.
