Seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. I asked to see the battery then I asked if the battery was the same for all engine sizes for a 2020 Ford explorer. Her attitude just made me politely leave. As I was about to spend 400 dollars or more because I needed other items too. But with that attitude, I won't be spending my money there. Do not deal with Shannon at this store. And as a black man, I was very polite. I spoke with a smile and greeted her as I walked up to the counter. Never again.
