  Please be careful renting from this company. They switch up everytime I come up there. The manager is the main person in particular. I have a business corporate account and have discounts that apply to my account. Been booking since last year of August. I like consistency. I book for 28 days at a time each time. The manager had the nerve to ask to see my login to my bank account and to see my login to my portal for my utility bill to see if it is pdf. Thats invading privacy. I never had none of the employees or the other branch and manager over there ask to do all that. That is insane. Im a regular customer. Why switch up and do the most. Treating me like a criminal. I will never do business here anymore.

  So it started at the airport with a rep letting my first time renting to feel it was ok for me to rent again with my discover card that I could not use but she did some override which she should not have done so I was stuck at the airport with my daughter cause I couldn't get a rental I then changed my location to the luckie street and when I say them ladies I there was amazing Amanda top 10 and I believe this her name smh Amazon like these woman hold that place down and I will forever shop with them at that spot I thank you ladies so very much

  I always have a problem with car rental service, but I have to say this one was far off the best interaction. They didn't have the car ready for my appointment so already I was like 'Damn.' I have to drive pretty far for a family reunion. Luckily I always plan to get the car the day before. Anyway, Amanda was very helpful and got me into a car a couple hours later, helped me out on an extension and was all over very courteous. Even though the car was an upgrade I was very nervous driving a bigger car than I was used to. By far it was the best decision given I was carrying a lot of stuff. Amanda was encouraging when I felt nervous. So thank you for the courtesy and excellent customer service. I will be back again.

  Didnt have the car i booked and didnt no it or tell me until i got all the way there and they didn't apaplogize or accommodate ,all i was told is that they can give me a refund . Do not recommend.
