  very disappointed with the service at this location. My vehicle sustained horizontal scratches on the roof during a wash, which I confirmed via dashcam footage showing the brushes moving in that exact direction. Despite this evidence, management denied my claim, insisting their equipment "couldn't have done it." To make matters worse, the staff was dismissive and gave me the runaround for days, telling me to return at specific times to meet a manager who was never actually there. They are unprofessional and do not stand behind their service. Save your paint job and go elsewhere.

  No Bug Spray! I purchased one-time exterior-only Basic wash. Compared to their competitors, Mister Car Wash does not offer self service like vacuums, towels, windshield washer fluid, etc. I asked about bug spray prior to wash and the guy said its onky for customers with interior service. Sir! Why would bugs be inside the car Too expensive for what you get

  I visited Mister Car Wash on Ponce De Leon this past Sunday and paid a $46.00, one- time wash that included exterior and interior. The exterior was decent, I didn't get my tire shine though, but the interior service was honestly terrible. Even though they had 3-4 people working in my car, my cup holder, floor mats, no vacuum, and seats were still dirty. They wiped absolutely NOTHING down and NOTHING was taken care of. For the price and the number of staff on my vehicle, I expected a much more thorough clean. I left feeling like I wasted my money and could've/ should've done it myself.

  When visiting a car wash there are certain amenities that I look for, That I believe a car wash should have. I do not care for this company. Coming from Alabama I noticed they were all over North Georgia. But they don’t provide the basics to get your vehicle a complete clean feel. like glass cleaner come on at least provide that.

  I purchased a membership for both the car wash and interior cleaning. The exterior car wash itself is fine pretty much what you’d expect from any standard car wash. However, the interior cleaning is very poor. The wait time is usually 20–30 minutes, and they don’t allow customers to use the vacuum themselves, so you’re forced to wait for their service. I’ve noticed employees slamming doors and, more concerning, not turning off the engine when moving vehicles. This happened multiple times, so customers should be aware and remind them each time. Because of this, you may end up spending more on gas than expected. Consider the additional fuel usage. I also saw an employee spraying the dirt inside the car but after they did not wipe it down. Also there seems to be a lot of disagreements between employees. Because of these issues, I canceled my membership. Overall, the exterior wash is decent, but the interior service needs significant improvement
