  Tried them out after reading positive reviews as I needed major brake servicing. Found them to be straightforward, friendly, very communicative- I knew costs and timeline before committing to anything. Repairs were completed in a few hours and they even gave me a ride to work! Will be using them again.

  I stopped by here recently to get my car inspected before taking it on a road trip. Marcus checked my fluids, topped off my windshield wiper fluid and gave me advice on when I should come back to rotate and change my tires. I highly recommend coming here, as I have been a few times and only experienced great customer service from the employees. Thank you!

  It was an overall decent experience. In the beginning, the process took quite a while, but I appreciate the manager for addressing the delay and helping speed things up. However, I’d like to mention that the front desk staff member, Justin, was rude throughout my interaction. I chose to ignore it at the time as I didn’t want it to affect my day, but I believe there is definitely room for improvement in how he communicates with customers. Thank you.

  Midtown Tires did an excellent job of fixing my Tesla tire. We have used their services multiple times and they are great to work with. Very good communication and minimal wait times.
