  Great experience! I had my two front tires replaced. Scheduling was fast and efficient. Installation was right on time and was completed in the amount of time they predicted. I appreciated no high pressure sales for additional services. Only complaint was my tire pressure was way off. 42 on the right side and 36 on the left. Should have been 33 on both sides. Not a big deal but thought it was worth mentioning. Still very happy with Midtown Tire!

  Summary: Best in class! I had a flat tire due to a puncture the night before, the shop was recommended by 3 of my colleagues at work so their reputation is done, yet I believe that everyday, they fight like if their reputation on the line! So this is where it starts: Quick call and I talked to Mike, he set me up within minutes, great price and good alternative (cheaper than my usual shop up north) Stephan took care of me when I arrived at the counter, kind, professional, courteous, 5 mins process to check-in, no wait. It gets better, they offered a ride back to my workplace (within 4 mile radius) while they were working on the repair. Jose comes to play, amazing and kind, drove me back to my work place and picked me up to bring me back to the shop. We took the time to connect, great guy, respectful and displayed kindness and professionalism. Time for the repair: less than an hour! Conclusion, well like the summary: best in class! best service received in any shop or mechanic period! I will be a customer for life as long as I live in Georgia. Thanks guys!

  I had an amazing experience at Midtown Tire! They got me in and out in under an hour to patch my tire, which was a huge relief. The entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. A special shoutout to Meat for taking care of my tire so quickly and efficiently seriously top-notch service. It’s not every day you find a place that combines speed, quality, and great customer care this well. They’ve definitely earned a customer for life. Highly recommend Midtown Tire to anyone needing fast and reliable service!

  I checked AI to find best shop to do 4 wheel alignment. AI provided Midtown Tire best and good reviews. I was welcomed and provided full support and was informed they do all work for maintenance on my Lexus. The best was they were friendly. I did not know my license plate the technician went out and got it. They serviced my car and alignment. I goo for 2 years with major maintenance of my Lexus. I will be using them for now on. It was a very pleasant experience.

  We had been loyal customers of Midtown Tire for eight years and always had positive experiences until today. In July, my wife had two new rear tires installed. At that time, Midtown offered an alignment check for an additional $160. We declined, believing it was not necessary. After only about 6,000 miles, while driving my family to visit relatives for Easter, I noticed the steel belts showing on the outside edge of both rear tires. That clearly raised safety concerns, so we brought the car in to understand how brand new tires could fail so quickly. We were told the wheels were out of alignment and that because we declined the alignment check previously, the damage was entirely our responsibility. My issue with this explanation is simple. If alignment is truly critical to the safety and longevity of tires, it should not be positioned as an optional upsell, similar to an air filter during an oil change. Midtown then presented us with a quote of $1,060 for two replacement tires and an alignment. For reference, the same tires installed in July cost $694. The most disappointing part of this experience was the store manager, Jerome. He remained in the back of the shop and communicated through frontline employees rather than speaking with us directly. My interaction with Dakota was professional and positive until Jerome became involved. When I finally spoke with Jerome face to face, there was zero empathy and no willingness to offer any consideration or compromise. His message was blunt. This was 100 percent our fault. For comparison, I called Mavis Tires, who installed the exact same tires and completed the alignment the same day for $849. Had Jerome shown even a basic level of customer care or empathy, we would have stayed with Midtown for service. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and they have lost a long time customer.
