  I’ve changed at least 3 tires here throughout the years. They always make the whole process easy and smooth. Today, I had the pleasure to work with Slim. Luckily, it was just a patch up for my rear tire. He was great. He got me out of there in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this location for any tire-related services.

  I really enjoy this location. Slim has worked on my car several times and has provided EXCELLENT service every time. Jesse is just two weeks on the job and is a good addition. Shout out to the team for continuing to look out for me and keeping me rolling!!!

  Quick and friendly location. Outside of my normal home radius but I had a nail in my tire and ended up at Mavis when another shop couldn't squeeze in a repair on a Saturday afternoon. Friendly, polite and great experience overall. Will got my tire fixed quickly without trying to sell me a new one!

  Had a 9am appointment this morning, but cancelled due to a rude employee. There is construction on Lenox Road and traffic is snarled. This employee cut around me at a light, moved a cone to enter the parking lot, then proceeded to curse at me and flick me off. It was just after 9, so he was probably running late. I cancelled the appointment and refuse to use this location again, even though it is convenently located near my office.

  We brought my new use car here to see if they check over everything to see if anything is wrong with the car. They called us saying that we needed new brakes. So we had them replace them and after we got the car back the AC was not working, so we brought it back and we found out the compressor needs to be replaced. We had them replace the compressor. When they got done with it, we picked it up the ac only worked for ten minutes and stopped. At this point we are frustrated with the place already spent A LOT of money with them. We took it to another place and they told us that Mavis did a terrible job replacing the compressor and did not change out the o-rings and used the old ones. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! STAY AWAY!!!!
