  I walked into Mavis for them to check air in my tires and the condition of the tires. Antwan had a genuine smile and great customer service! The recommendation for wiper blades was a reminder that I forgot, which was desperately needed. 5 stars! The Mgr. went above and beyond also. Best Mavis location--Vinnings!

  DO NOT GO TO A MAVIS. I took my Honda CRV to this Mavis to get 4 new tires and front brake pads. The person at the front desk was not communicating with me at all and they took all day until 5:30pm for them to even do the inspection. They even got in the wrong car (my husbands) and tried to drive it using my key. Then we had to take it back that weekend and they finally were able to do it and very much tried to overcharge us and we were able to talk them down in price. We were like okay whatever it’s done and we shouldn’t have to worry about it anymore. We drive down to Orlando on vacation the next day and two days later all of these check engine, tire pressure, steering wheel, and brake lights come on and will not go away. Then I start to feel that the brakes are super loose and I have to push alot harder to stop. We take it to a Mavis in Orlando and they look at it and say that there is a severe leak in the break line/caliber that is causing these issues. They charge us $400 to fix this even though these issues were caused by another Mavis!!! This Mavis even called the one in Cumberland and told us that they did the break flush completely incorrectly. I understand that it wasn’t these people in Orlando’s fault but as a company that is ridiculous. So I am currently stuck in Orlando with a 9 month old baby and with a car that is breaking down because of work done at this Mavis. Do not have work done here!!!!! Update: Mavis has tried to call me to “get to the bottom of this issue”. They claim that they never did a break flush yet they charged me $110 for it on the receipt. So either they are lying and did do it wrong or charged me for something they never did. Not sure which is the better option for them at this point. They offered to give me $85 back for over $600 of work that they have caused. This is not even considering how dangerous losing brake function could have been to us and the baby.

  I had such an amazing experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Antwon. I came in after getting a flat tire on I-85 and was honestly pretty shaken and emotional. Antwon was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding from the moment I walked in. He took the time to explain everything, made sure I felt comfortable, and truly went above and beyond to help me in a stressful situation. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care these days. I’m so grateful for the experience and highly recommend this location—especially Antwon!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires. Ken, Thomas, and John took the time to walk me through the best options for replacing my tire, which I really appreciated. Jay also did an excellent job changing my TPMS—he was quick, professional, and made the whole process easy. Overall, the service was fast, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend!
