- SFS Fox2 days ago1.0Went into today for a 4pm appointment to get my tire plugged. I called ahead, the lady on the phone said “oh we aren’t that busy today. Let me make you an appointment so you can come on in. It had a nail in it. I got there at 3:45 and was told “we aren’t taking any more jobs today. Fully booked.” I said, it’s just a nail that needs to come out and I called, I have an appointment. He said, ok but they didn’t tell me, I don’t know what to tell you, but we aren’t taking anything else. At 3:45? When you close at 5? What a total waste of my time.

After booking an appointment online they were able to remove the shard without puncturing the tire, and made sure the others were good to go too.
