  Even though we paid for parking, my car was booted. We called right away, paid the amount they requested, and were still left waiting for almost an hour. Very poor service and a terrible experience. Avoid parking here.

  parked here for only two hours in the morning and came back to find my car broken into. There were no attendants around, and it turns out the cameras weren’t working either. Just want to warn others — I’d avoid this spot unless you’re okay risking your vehicle being damaged or stolen.

  Park somewhere else!!! My car has been booted even though I paid for parking! Following that my car was BROKEN into! Broad daylight! At 11:00 am. My window was bust along with 3 other cars that day.. My gun was stolen and other valuables were stolen. I was told by police the cameras DON’T work. Also a lot of rough teenagers and homeless people frequent the street and corner that this lot sits on. I no longer park there but I see them while leaving my job. They have no security or lot attendants. This was the worst experience ever! It sucks having your privacy invaded, property damaged, and belongings STOLEN while you’re at work! Save yourself unnecessary money and problems by parking somewhere else!!!

  if I could put zero stars, I would. we were just ripped off by this company for $75, Plus the amount that we paid for parking. they booted our car and we had to wait 3 hours to get unbooted. I'm a tourist in Atlanta and it was around 8pm until someone finally came. we were the last car in the lot and I had to call the police. we thought we might get mugged or worse! This is a scam that you can't do anything about!!!! Beware
