  I got an oil change and they also added air to my tire. I work across the street so it was perfect for me to get it down. The manager an assistant manager was very nice . They gave me advice on what’s needed for my car. They was very efficient and got the job done. I will be coming back

  Getting my car serviced is always a little stressful because I always feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Not so when I got my car serviced today at Grease Monkey. Cody was great to work with. He walked me through what they did, as well as recommended services. I really liked that their recommended services printout showed the mileage and time and who recommended the services (manufacturer vs general recs). I didn’t feel pressured to do anything extra beyond what I was there for (oil change and tire rotation), although after talking with Cody about my driving habits, and his recommendation, I did get my brake lines flushed as well. And Cody even said that although the time indicated an air filter change, her showed me my filter and said it looked clean and didn’t need a change. He also went over all of the pricing *before* doing any of the service. Everything felt very up and up. I will definitely be back for future services!

  I’ve been to this location a few times before and always had a great experience, especially with one of the female staff members who was professional and thorough. However, my most recent visit on Saturday January 31st 2026 was very concerning. Two younger employees serviced my car, and immediately after the oil change, my car would not start. I have owned this car for 3 years, and it has never once failed to start even with an “older battery” as they claimed. When I asked what was going on, I was simply told “you have a bad battery” with noticeable attitude, but no real explanation as to why the car suddenly wouldn’t start right after the service. Again this has never happened. I ended up having to pay an additional ~$300 for a new battery on the spot, which felt pressured given the situation. Now, only 6 weeks later, my car is already indicating that it needs another oil change, something that has never happened this quickly before (my usual interval is 5–6 months). This experience left me questioning the quality and integrity of the service performed. Something clearly wasn’t handled properly, and instead of transparency, I was met with dismissiveness. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
