  I went to my cabin filter changed today and Jasmine was absolutely amazing!! She was so kind, efficient and helped with every concern I had! I felt so welcomed and valued as a customer. 10/10 recommend this location!!

  Great customer service! The staff is so nice & welcoming! Dorian went over and beyond while he serviced my car! He explained everything to me on the importance of oil changes and car maintenance! He even replaced my windshield wipers because they weren't working correctly! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top notch service! They got me in and out in under 30 minutes! They surely have a new customer! I give them a 10/10!!! When you go, ask for Dorian, he's the BEST! I've already referred 3 people and will be returning for sure 😊

  This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Grease Monkey location! Immediately upon entry, RaNeisha and Yasmine were welcoming, professional, and attentive. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessarily, and made sure I was comfortable with the service being done. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. They honestly deserve a raise, I can tell they truly care about their customers unlike some other locations. Customer service like this is rare these days, and they definitely set the standard. I’ll absolutely be returning to this location and recommending it to others! Thank you both!

  I can’t recall her name but the woman that helped me was amazing!!! She was very thorough and took time to explain everything. She changed a filter in my car that I had no idea existed because no one had ever offered to change it; my car is 8 years old and regularly has its oil changed. I would come back specifically for her!!

  Thank you Yasmine for your exceptional customer service. I’m so glad they moved you to the Howell mill rd. Location. The service was so amazing. She went through everything that my car needed step by step! I feel so much better knowing that the care for my car is in her hands! Thank you Yasmine and the staff.
