  I love Grease Monkey. Ever since moving to Atlanta I've gone here for my oil changes. I feel like they are honest and trustworthy which I appreciate. For example I asked them if I really needed my tires rotated yet, and they told me I would be good until my next oil change. I definitely recommend coming here.

  The manager at this location is great. We had an issue with an oil change where the inspection of an item was overlooked and he took care of it. However the person in the waiting area is extremely rude, yelling at customers and making a scene. After more than a decade going to this location, we may switch to another business if this unprofessional behavior continues.

  Just got my oil changed and a coolant top off here this morning and had such a smooth experience. The staff was so friendly and kind! DeeDee handled my checkout process and she was so positive, friendly, and helpful. There were a few people in front of me but everything took about 20-25 minutes from start to finish and they were so efficient! They have a waiting room and they are right next to a smoothie king so you can grab something while you wait. They also have great coupons available on their website so grab one before you go. High recommend and I will be back!!

  Travis was my service tech. He was fast but a little too fast. He was attending 3 cars at 1 time and I was afraid he would forget where he was at when he got back to my car. Also he moved so fast when he finish,he moved the car out the garage and put the car in park before pressing the brakes and my head jerked. I was in the back seat. I didn’t want anything to happen to my transmission. I was like damn. But overall he was awesome. Lol

  Great experience! Quick and easy. I have trust issues with auto services - but wow, DeeDee won me over. I bought a used Nissan Rogue last year with a clean Carfax report. I got an alert to do an oil change and took it to this location. DeeDee wasn't upselling (which I hate), instead she showed me the Carfax report and the history of services on the vehicle - which I didn't even know notice on the report when I bought it. She told me what was needed and I chose two services when someone walked in and said "this is from the black Nissan" - which was my car. The woman was holding an extremely dirty cabin air filter (didn't even know that existed). I added the 3rd service. I mean, this is exactly the type of business I like - establish trust with proof of what's needed. Very helpful to someone who knows zero about cars. I even found a coupon online while in the lobby and used it. This new customer will definitely be back. THANK YOU!
