  This is the second time I’ve been there, and they’ve been quick, polite, respectful, and very professional. The first time, I had an issue with the car’s taillight, and the second time was today—the car was making noise and I didn’t know if it was the brakes, but they checked it right away and fixed the problem. Thank you very much for the service!

  Got my oil changed and they did not screw the bottom metal cover back in properly and it started scraping on the highway. Felt unsafe driving back to them in current state or going really back to a place that was careless. Didn’t offer any other compensation and disappointed with the service. Would not recommend

  Shoutout to Ryan, Mike, and Johnell for making things happen late in the afternoon when I had little options. I blew a tire on the way to class, and showed up here about an hour before close to see a bunch of hard working guys with smiles on their faces. Mike made me feel very welcome even though it was super busy. Ryan didn’t even flinch or check the time, he just said “we’ll make it happen” and immediately made the call for the tire. Highly recommend these guys.

  I've been going here for a long time and have always been happy. I always feel like they are being honest about the problem and they don't suggest a bunch of optional services during your oil change. They helped me out when I needed a headlight bulb changed quickly. And they employees are mostly very friendly. The only stupid thing, which may have changed, is that making an appointment online for an oil change is pointless. The shop isn't set up to manage appointments and the in person line. The best thing to do is go morning to early afternoon on the weekdays. I was in out in 15 minutes last time when I did that. They also have great coupons if you check the website/your email!

  5 stars for Kiah, who did an excellent job with my oil change and safety inspection!!! I’ve been to this location in the past, and she is by far the most in-depth and friendly person I’ve interacted with here. 0 stars for the man working there (I imagine must be the manager?) who condescendingly yelled “Honey, just close the doors, okay?” across the garage at her. It has been raining and there is a wind advisory all day today, so one set of the garage doors had been closed so the wind didn’t interfere with the work they were doing, which she kindly pointed out. I for one would not want my mechanics to be battling wind and rain while my hood is popped open. I don’t know what kind of standards this place has for treating their employees, but that was a disgusting display of disrespect that is clearly motivated, unconsciously or not, by misogyny (as any woman who has been called “honey” in that tone knows). The other mechanic who helped me (sorry to say that I don’t remember his name, but he’s great) was also visibly irritated that he said that to her. The man in question also interrupted a serious conversation me and the other mechanic were having about damage to my car to take a jab at him about a document he couldn’t seem to find. I was already upset about issues with my car (which is no one’s fault), but the comment to Kiah really pushed me over the edge as someone who has been in that kind of situation countless times. I was considering coming back and getting thousands of dollars of work done on my car, but I will likely not be doing that after witnessing the lack of respect given to the people that work there. While one moment doesn’t define a person’s character, this genuinely embarrassing display has put me off returning here. Both Kiah and the other mechanic who helped me are way too talented to be working for people like that. Do better!!
