  Everyone is friendly and professional they picked me up and took me to the business and when I'm ready to return the car I can just drive it to the location and leave it and they will pick it up

  I had the best car rental experience I’ve ever had at the Enterprise location on Carroll Dr. The entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which is rare these days. A special shoutout to the manager, Trina — she is truly the best in the business. Super welcoming, attentive, and just an all-around awesome person who clearly cares about her customers. Highly recommend this location if you want top notch service.

  Terrible customer service from Trina or whoever the light skinned manager is with the big head. he attitude alone was enough to make the whole experience frustrating. Simple questions were met with short, dismissive answers like helping a customer was the last thing she wanted to do. Had me waiting around with no updates, no communication—just standing there while she moved like time didn’t matter. When I finally asked what was going on, it was more attitude instead of solutions. I rent from Enterprise at the airport often, so I know how smooth the process usually is. This wasn’t that. It felt like dealing with someone who came in already in a bad mood and decided to pass that energy on to customers. That kind of service will push customers and employees away fast. She needs to go to back to customer service training

  I was there back in February to pick up a car for my Aunt’s funeral, and Kylencia Johnson was such a major help. She got me in and out, and explained everything very thorough. I had no questions. The staff along with her is amazing. Can’t wait to come back to THIS location only for the best line of business, and service.

  I loved all the ladies that work there. They are so amazing!! From the beginning to the end the customer services has been excellent. I will definitely come here from now on. I have been to few areas but this location just super professional and very welcoming and on it. The ladies here are truly amazing.
