  The reason I’m giving 5 stars is not because everything went perfect, but because of how the staff responded when things were going wrong. I’ve traveled enough to know that things go wrong. And I’ve rented at enough subpar car rental places to know that when things go wrong, you want a calm, competent, helpful staff to set things right. Since switching to Enterprise, I’ve always had positive experiences, including today, when the staff at Courtland was able to fix my reservation and to apologize for the inconvenience to me. They didn’t make excuses or ignore the issue of delayed pick up (which cannot always be controlled), but they gave me helpful updates and options to resolve the problem. Kim was fantastic! When the car did come in, they cleaned it quickly, and on top of that, they offered me a courtesy on returning the car at half tank of gas to save me trouble on the way back. Finally, when I asked about early returns, one of the employees, Sham, mentioned that he would be on site early and could open the gates for me, which helped a lot for our travel day out of the city. It’s interactions like these that keep me coming back to Enterprise. I’d recommend this location if you’re looking for honest and hardworking staff, which can be a rarity in this industry.   Stay away! First, the staff here was doing their best and they were all very friendly, so this is in no way a reflection of the people working. However, it is a review of the absolute dumpster fire way this place is managed. Read the other reviews… After waiting over a half an hour in line to check-in with only two people in front of me, I had to wait another 20 minutes before they called my name to go outside. I assumed this meant that my car was ready. WRONG! They had an SUV full of people they were going to shuttle to a different enterprise 15-20 minutes away, because they WERE OUT OF CARS. They couldn’t have told me this when I checked in?? At this time, I was already running 30 minutes late and I didn’t have time to be shuttled to a different location, so I ask to cancel my reservation. I understand long waits at airports when there’s 30 people in line. This is something I’ve never before.

  My recent experience with Enterprise, as a loyal preferred client, was highly unsatisfactory. The front desk staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, and I was forced to rebook my reservation due to an unexplained cancellation. Although an attempt was made to offer a competitive rate, a more favorable option was available online. I endured a two-hour wait for a rental vehicle, only to be informed that the only available option was a compact Jeep, which was unsuitable for my needs. Upon finally receiving a full-size sedan, I discovered that the vehicle was unclean both internally and externally, and it had a strong odor of marijuana, even in the trunk. The staff informed me that the vehicle had recently undergone an oil change, which was presented as a positive attribute. While an offer was made to address the odor, I declined due to the excessive time already spent at the facility. I returned the vehicle early on a Saturday, prior to the 2 PM closing time, yet I was still charged for an additional day. Despite numerous attempts over several weeks to contact a manager, my calls were not returned. Consequently, I did not receive a refund or a discount. I strongly advise against utilizing this particular location.

  I had one of the best car rental experiences from this location. I had to call and make changes to my reservation and they were accommodating. Lastly, I was in such a rush to drop the car off before they closed and left a few items in the car. Q gathered everything and placed them in a bag and held them for two days for me. However, shoutout to the entire team: Joseph, Ken, Justin and Amare!
