  Quick and professional. The manager is always professional and transparent. They should keep him there or promote him to a regional manager. Also, his staff supports him and vice versa.

  They were amazingly kind and made the rental experience a fantastic one. It started with being picked up by a great driver who dropped me off and handed me over to a desk attendant that made me feel welcome and she helped me choose the perfect car for our wedding. Another young lady even topped off the air in the tires before departing. When returning the car I was also met with the same amazing service from another technician who checked us out quickly and allowed us to be able to smoothly catch our car to the airport. Upon leaving the entire team wished us safe travels on honeymoon and just really made us feel special. I cannot remember everyones name, but from our booking we in some way worked with every Enterprise colleague at the Howell Mill location and they all exceeded expectations! 5 stars for the location and staff! They all deserve raises and accolades. They elevate Enterprise in an unmatched way! Thank you!

  I stopped in this past weekend because I had messed up my reservation date at Avis in Midtown, and they didn't have any cars for me. I booked through Expedia to get a car for 30 minutes later at this Enterprise location, but they actually did not have any available cars either. John was the only person working and he was really friendly, and I appreciated how patient he was with me and the other customers there as he was the only one working the desk and handing people their cars. I waited around for a bit and was able to get a car, and I am super grateful to John for making that happen as *I* was the one who had incorrectly booked my initial reservation at Avis, so I was coming to Enterprise quite literally last minute.
