  They are friendly people. This office may need help with car cleaning because I waited an hour + for my car to be ready.

  I don’t think I have ever had such an easy car rental experience. I made a last minute reservation and Eddy helped find me the vehicle even though they didn’t have it on their lot. I did have to wait a little bit for the other lot to prepare the vehicle and serve other customers that were there first. It took about an hour (after my reservation time) but all things considered it was not too bad. While I was waiting I saw the employees working and they were being efficient moving people through the store. Vehicle was clean and in good condition, had no major issues. I would just recommend for anyone who makes a same-day reservation to call and make sure the location has the vehicle to get a realistic expectation of when it will be available. Eddy was friendly and professional and helped get me the wheels I needed! Keep up the good work, he earned this location a return customer.

  I had a smooth and pleasant experience renting at this location. Prior to arriving on site, I received a phone call explaining the documents that I would need to make my process quick. When I arrived Rikesia greeted me with a smile! She assisted me with paperwork and we had a friendly conversation. We assessed the car before I left for damage and she gave me helpful tips throughout our conversation. I would recommend this location if you’re in South Downtown. It’s down the street from the MARTA Garnett transit station making it accessible if you don’t have a ride to the location.

  Wow! What a great experience with this location! I have never had such a smooth experience with a car rental before especially since I had to book last minute. The young man who was working when I picked up and dropped off should be a manager if he isn’t already. He’s a young black man with braces and he is absolutely an asset to your organization. He has excellent customer service skills, he remains calm under pressure, and executes at a high level. You truly have an exceptional employee here and I absolutely will be using this specific location again!
