  The manager is super nice so stars for him! I've been a member for awhile & the Edgewood carwash on Moreland Ave is getting worse & worse. Vacuums only working on left side of the lot & a full house is a long wait!! Only 2 towel/window wash stations. Car still wet after going through wash. The wash was down a few days in December ~ can I get a refund?!? My card now only scans if I download their app. Really? I'm gonna have to find another car wash place!! 😒

  I stumbled upon this place just getting a donut at the Dunkin next door. Truthfully there’s nothing special about this car wash. It’s pretty tiny. There’s no music. No mat cleaner. No colorful lights. And where it’s placed is kind of dumb. But I like the people and the prices. Most people in service hate their jobs and it shows. But the guys, here always have a smile on their face and are helping and seem very family like with each other. Most of my interactions are with Dre. Every time I see him the vibes are good and I get a good laugh. I have mobility issues so he’s helped me vacuum and shine my tires. Small things like that is why I come back.

  If I could get a refund, I would have tried… paid $18 for the Silver Wash which included tire shine and wheel cleaner, plus the triple foam clean. Understanding that I didn’t pay the most expensive selection so I wasn’t expecting the wash to be perfectly crafted by the hands of God, but there were still spots around my car that were not clean especially in the front, and my windows seem dirtier when I left vs. when I originally got there and my tires don’t even seemed like they were the slightest touched throughout the wash. On the other side of it, when using the vacuums, it either did not work properly or it might have been something blocking the suction function of the vacuum.

  Avoid this place if you care about your car. My very first wash at Whistle Express Car Wash Atlanta at Moreland resulted in clear scratches and scuff marks on my vehicle, especially around the rear paint and tail-light area. My car went in clean and damage-free, and came out visibly scratched. I noticed it immediately after exiting the wash. Photos are attached for proof. This is not “normal wear” or minor swirl marks — this is actual paint damage from a single wash. A car wash should never scratch a vehicle, and the fact that this happened on my first visit shows serious issues with their brushes, equipment, or maintenance standards. I have filed an official incident report with this location, and I am currently waiting for a response and resolution. At this point, the lack of immediate accountability is just as frustrating as the damage itself. I will update this review once I receive an update from management. Until then, I strongly recommend staying away from this location if you value your car’s paint. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience.

  I’m writing this from the car wash because I’m genuinely impressed by the exceptional service I just received. When I arrived, their credit card system was down and they were only accepting cash. I explained that I only had a few dollars on me, and instead of turning me away, the first attendant who takes payment told me I could either keep my cash or give it to the second attendant who does an initial scrub on your car as a tip if I wanted. They let me go through the wash anyway, even though they couldn’t process my debit card. This kind of customer service is rare. Most businesses would have simply sent me away, but they chose to help me out instead. They went above and beyond my expectations, and I won’t forget it. Highly recommend this place for their integrity and genuine care for their customers.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Oh and my car looks fantastic, on top of it all!
