They don't respond in a timely manner (numerous phone calls, texts and emails before someone responds). The staff Don't take responsibility for their assignments and actions, they pass the buck and blame their own colleagues. They presented us with a long list of items needing repair / replacing but no explanation why. No explanation to my Inquiries as to why we need over $13 ,000 in repairs to a vehicle they were serving on a regular basis. Appears they are capitalizing on the fact there is minimal competition for them in our area. This is not an organization I can recommend. Bobby Richburg
