They don't respond in a timely manner (numerous phone calls, texts and emails before someone responds). The staff Don't take responsibility for their assignments and actions, they pass the buck and blame their own colleagues. They presented us with a long list of items needing repair / replacing but no explanation why. No explanation to my Inquiries as to why we need over $13 ,000 in repairs to a vehicle they were serving on a regular basis. Appears they are capitalizing on the fact there is minimal competition for them in our area. This is not an organization I can recommend. Bobby Richburg

Lands & (Executive Pastor) Bishop Rosemary Lands of the Family Life MBC in Fayetteville, GA. Valorie Taylor-Mango in the Atlanta office is a model for customer experience. She was there to assist us from start to finish, always greeting me with a smile, and consistent communicating updates. We originally bought our bus in for Jake brakes repairs. Upon getting call to that bus was ready and issued was repaired. I drove bus and immediately turned on Jake brakes and noticed they still weren’t working properly. I called Valorie and she asked me to return to shop for further evaluation. Following her conversation with mechanic and general manager the issues was repaired/resolved at no additional charge. This is the best customer service I’ve had EVERY!!! Valorie is a “Woman of Integrity” and “High Moral Character”. WWWilliams is blessed to have an amazing employee such as her. Valorie should be your model for future training at ALL your locations. WWWilliams would be the beneficiary of the investment. I just wanted to let you know what a 💎 you have. Be blessed!!!
