  Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre ZÉRO étoile ! Nous avions réservé, avec 4 semaines d’avance, une voiture pour seulement une journée. Arrivées sur place nous faisons face à une Dame non professionnel qui nous dit que notre réservation est impossible au vu de mon âge (21 ans) alors que j’ai payé la taxe de jeune conducteur et qu’en ligne aucun problème à cela a été relevé ! Et elle nous demande d’appeler le service client pour demander un remboursement et nous débrouiller ! Sans donner de solution !!! Nous nous sommes donc rendu à SIXT AÉROPORT (5/5) qui nous a dit que mon âge ne posait aucun problème, puis nous a aidé à avoir le remboursement de la première réservation pour nous refaire la même depuis la nouvelle agence. Merci à THAI pour son professionnalisme et son aide. Je vous recommande d’aller à sixt de l’aéroport et de fuire celui ci

  Amanda was amazing! She was so patient and showed me a few options before I chose the Buick SUV. They didn’t have the BMW I originally reserved. I took away a star bc I wish someone had noticed my reservation was set at the same time they closed, so I had to come back. In the future, I hope they consider staying open a little later than five. I deducted another star because when I returned, there was a sign that I said return was closed and I would need to return it at the airport. I called the branch and whomever answered the phone (it wasn’t Amanda bc I heard her say her name in the background) was very rude and tried to make it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to repeatedly tell her that all of the sixt parking spaced were filled. She reluctantly came out to help me return the car in a spot that was in fact not marked as a Sixt parking space. They need to have someone out there receiving cars to reduce confusion. I wouldn’t rent from this location again.
