I booked a car well in advance through Booking.com to pick up at this location, and when I arrived in Atlanta and went pick up the car, the agent calmly told me, "We don't have a car available." No further assistance, no help, nothing. Very poor service. Don't rent from Sixt at this office; they'll simply leave you without service. Very bad work. It was annoying and frustrating. Don't go through this here.

I have never in my life rented a 7 passenger vehicle, paid for said vehicle, and after leaving work on my lunch break and paying $10 to park, was told by the employee at the counter that they only have 5 passenger vehicles the day before thanksgiving! Well whoops do! So do I. The point of renting the 7 passenger vehicle was so 7 people could fit. Mind you, this reservation (along with hotel reservations) was made a week ago. Now I’m being told they have 7 passenger vehicles at the airport but they’re much more expensive. I bet they are! It’s the day before thanksgiving! And of course everywhere else is very expensive and I can’t get refund for between 3-15 business days. 🤬 never ever ever again! Update: because I booked through Expedia, I have to wait for Sixt to confirm with Expedia that this incident occurred. Problem is, Sixt isn’t responding to Expedia and we’re now going on the 4th business day not counting Thanksgiving. I’m not sure what economy these people are living in but if I have to dispute with my bank to get my money back, I will. But Sixt, y’all need to respond to Expedia and not my post.
