I said out loud I don’t know what’s wrong and apologized asking them to void the transaction. As I am walking out I hear her say “ it’s because you don’t have any money”. Top tier poor customer service, and I will be calling corporate. It’s completely unacceptable

My daughter does her job and handles all her responsibilities, but instead of addressing any concerns directly with her, the manager talks about her to other employees rather than communicating with her about what needs to be done or improved. It got to the point where my daughter was so upset that she walked off the job in tears because the manager keeps picking on her. The manager’s name is Amanda Veerapen, and I honestly don’t understand why she’s treating my daughter this way — whether it’s because she’s young, or for some other reason, it’s not right.

This morning I decide to go in and get me something to drink. It’s an African man that was at the register we need help at the little self checkout, he heard the machine say wait for help from staff. He stood there and let that machine say five times right behind him until he helped us. He was not in a rush to help us which I thought was very awkward. I never really care for coming in unless the women are behind the register because they just got more good customer service this morning was the worst one. I could never go in when he’s there.
