    One of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had occurred during a brief visit to a Quik Trip. As I was proceeding to the restroom, the auto cleaner nearly ran my foot over. An employee noticed my attempt to circumvent the cleaner and advised me not to touch it. I attempted to explain that I was merely pausing to prevent my foot from rubbing against it. However, she responded with a frown and proceeded to walk away. Upon returning from the restroom, I filed a complaint with her colleague. Although I am uncertain whether it was her manager, he apologized. I requested the store number 774 and proceeded to retrieve her name to identify the individual who had engaged me in such a disrespectful manner. Initially, she refused to provide me with her name or display her name tag. Finally, she reluctantly agreed. “My name is Renee P., “she stated. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with this employee and recommend that she be either reprimanded , retraining or dismissed from her position. The customer service is extremely poor, and disrespectful . Furthermore, she disregarded my complaint, which could have potentially resulted in a lawsuit showed no empathy. It is possible that there was an error with the machine involving my foot almost being run over, and she failed to acknowledge or address my feelings or the situation. Normally, I do not resort to complaining, but her attitude was the most disrespectful I have ever encountered in a customer service professional. I firmly believe that she should not be employed in this field or, at the very least, be retrained and reprimanded for her behavior. I had to add the bathroom trash was running over the urinals were horrific urine all on the floor had the most worst smell ever. I was so upset at how I was talk to I forgot to even add that.

    I’m honestly done with this place. i used to stop by regularly for coffee and a few other items, but every single time the bathroom is either out of order or just disgusting. The whole station always feels dirty, and it’s clear no one’s really maintaining it. It’s frustrating when you’re tired and just trying to make a quick, decent stop. This was my last visit!

    I just have to shout out Amarion for his kindness, professionalism, and absolutely top-tier customer service. Amarion noticed right away that I needed help. Without hesitation, he stepped in, took initiative, and genuinely went above and beyond in every possible way. He didn’t just point me in a direction or give me the standard “Let me know if you need anything.” No, Amarion took the time to really assist me, making sure I was okay, checking in with me, and offering help that honestly made all the difference. You can tell he’s someone who leads with empathy, patience, and pride in his work. Thanks to Amarion, what could’ve been a stressful and overwhelming moment turned into a reminder that there are still good people out here, people who go the extra mile not because they have to, but because it’s just who they are. QT is lucky to have someone like him on the team. He didn’t just help me—he made my entire night better. Thank you, Amarion!

    Awful. Rude. Messy. Every single day. And yet I keep coming back. It's time to finally look for a better place. Update.. Continues to be the absolute worst QuikTrip location in the city.

    This is the only gas station near my house I feel comfortable going to! It's got the same customer service and cleanliness issues as most service places in metro Atlanta but it feels safe and they are open 24/7. Can't ask for much more from a gas station.
