- NAnaeem ahmadDec 10, 20251.0I had an extremely disappointing experience at QuickTrip. The coffee was stale and bitter, and there was no fresh hot beverage available. The store was filthy, with trash and spills everywhere, giving it a very unkempt atmosphere. On top of that, when I tried to address my concerns with the manager, she was unresponsive and dismissive. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant visit.

Not everyone but it's some bad apples working there. One female thinks she either too "fine" or too "good" to show common politeness to customers. Trust me she neither one.

Its very difficult to park here! Most of the trucks been sitting here more than a month, since ive been coming here! Its obvious management dont check the parking lot because there lots of broken down trucks and its taking up spots for ppl who are trying to park here! Im handicap for (personal reasons), they dont make it easy at all for cripple ppl! I dont understand why they are still patrolling the outer parts of the parking lot, knowing its hard to find parking, but can't move old vehicles,thats been there for over 5 months since ive been coming there! Its really bad, here! Getting moved early in the morning even parked on side curve entrances, Like give us a break, Your lot or small! Bathroom is very nasty most of the time! But food is decent, some workers are nice, others are mean as hell like they hate there job, its ruff being a truck driver even more ,when ppl dont understand our lives, I pray they do better with this parking lot for us! Im already looking for better parking somewhere else! To the OWNER of this store! Please get that mean lady, the one who curses at you, with the blind hair, who moves trucks in the morning from non-parking spots, to check trucks in the lot and make sure there not broken, something more meaningful to do, Thanks, from your New GA resident! PS THIS STORE SUCKS!!!!

- RCRick C.Oct 24, 20251.0Of all the QT stores I stop at when traveling for work, this by far has been the only one that has very poor housekeeping as far as the men’s restroom is concerned. Coming from the truck diesel islands, the first thing you’ll notice is how dirty or grimy th le door handles to the rear entrance are and of course the restrooms. I understand it’s a truck stop but this is the type of housekeeping (or lack of it) that spreads disease and/or illness. Let’s take this as a coaching opportunity to make this location better. I will not upload photos for I feel this is an otherwise good store with great employees that deserve an opportunity to address something that may have simply been overlooked. In the employees defense, a great number of commercial drivers are poorly educated with poor hygiene practices and little to no public restroom etiquette. Kind regards, Rick C
