- ARAshley RashadaDec 10, 20251.0I was discriminated against because my accent and accused of having an attitude by a manager who wasn't even assisting me assisting another customer and then he allowed another customer to disrespect me and tell me that we're in America you're an American now I'm not an American I would never be an American I had no idea that Qt was racist but I should have known you cannot get upset because you pick up the wrong item and somebody who's trying to purchase it tells you that's wrong that's not right and then I'm ordering flavors until we don't have this we don't have that what I'm supposed to know I don't work there so don't tell me somebody got a attitude or not trying to help you and because my accent is thick that is disrespectful and I'll be back here tomorrow and the next day you will not tell me I can't come somewhere because I talk different because I'm different that's not what I'm doing QT you need to check your people

They used to consistently have a clean store with friendly staff no matter which location and what time of day. They used to say welcome in and hurry back. Now I can count on mediocre service, eye contact but not a word, important Staples out of stock on a regular basis, and disgusting bathrooms and countertops. And this location is a prime example of that . The only thing consistent is that it's an unpleasant experience here.
