The layout is a nightmare and the entrance is a trap—once you’re in, expect to waste an hour just trying to get out. It is just location, traffic and greed. Almost all is reserved parking. Even if you are here to use rest room, you will not find a spot to park. you can’t even get in to use the restroom. Note: Ignore the 4-star reviews from "Local Guides"—doesnt seem like they have bisited this place, they’re just farming their views. This place is a disaster and a total waste of time.

It was 1:30am and both people working were just standing at the counter not doing anything. It’s not like they were too busy to check the bathrooms.

I waited 45 minutes for a shower, and when I asked the manager why no one was cleaning, I was told “the shower is not important at all.” This is unacceptable. Professional drivers depend on these facilities, and this location showed no respect or care for us.
