- DAdasher AK1 day ago1.0There are some sketchy people walking around here, and it’s almost impossible to see them in the dark. They approach you with weapons asking for a few dollars. You don’t even know who these people are. This place feels very unsafe, so I’m giving it one star. Also, someone came up to me trying to resell a “reserved” parking spot that had nothing to do with Pilot’s services. He looked like a homeless person. I’m honestly shocked by what’s going on here.

On November 20th around 11:30 PM, I tried to fuel my truck but the pump froze and didn’t activate. I waited outside for a long time and then went inside for help, but instead of assisting me, I was made to wait again and again with no proper response. The manager, Teresa, spoke very rudely and showed zero professionalism. When I told her I had already been waiting for almost 40 minutes, she called security instead of helping me. The security guard, Mark, approached me aggressively and treated me as if I was doing something wrong. I travel all across America and fuel at Pilot regularly, but I’ve never experienced such disrespect. This behavior is unacceptable, especially toward professional drivers who depend on these services daily. They are completely discriminatory from truck to Person This place is hell on earth . Poorly qualified staff, unpleasant and unseasoned security, It’s like the hood of truck stops . The whole place needs to be demolished for good . It’s hard to stop in Atl. What a catastrophe, how unsuitable and inconvenient. What lack of care and no leadership. I didn’t even wann eat there nor buy nothing from there just because of their people. What a turn off! How unpleasant. How disdainful. How unwelcoming! How inhospitable and how corrupt !! Truly remarkable they call themselves a business more so a truck stop . NEVER EVER STOP here ! You have been WARNED!
- JJJuniorNov 5, 20251.0The staff here were extremely unprofessional. They left multiple shower rooms marked as unavailable for over two hours even though they were already finished cleaning. They kept the doors propped open just to delay customers from using them. I checked in and waited, received multiple text alerts, and still wasn’t allowed in. When I asked to be let in after several failed attempts, they refused. The employees clearly did not care about customers waiting and took advantage of the system instead of getting people into showers in a timely manner. Very lazy and careless behavior.

Their's only 2 complaints I have about this location! 1# They do NOT have a laundry room to wash laundry! 2# That parking lot has everything there is that is undesirable! Its trashy, parking is very limited and very tight parking! There is a Vagrant problem and the entrance ro get into it is god awful if they're truck's parked on the side street to turn in to the facility to get diesel! I believe the store has just been remodeled, now something really needs ro be dome about the parking lot! There parking lot reminds me of Petro lots ! I do NOT go to petro parking lots! Or as a matter of fact T.A. either! Please give this facility some major love !
