  The worse penski needs to be shut down renting out unsafe trucks with all kinds of serious safety issues because they don't check out returned checks before they lease or rent them out DO NOT LEASE OR RENT FROM THIS TRUCK LEASING COMPANY ALL OF THEM ARE RUN VERY UNPROFESSIONALY AND UNSAFE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

  I drive Semi and I have rented from quite a few Penske's in Different states depending on where I want to stop doing power only..I mostly used my home base St.Louis.. Me renting from this Atlanta spot was either my worst mistake and maybe The best mistake I've done. They was taking payments every week as supposed to. I rent trailers for months at a time. If you're an owner operator, you know there's a lot of things we have to pay constantly coming out of your account. A few times the funds probably wasn't in the account but normally Penske will just give me a call and we will straighten it out with an instant payment. But this Penske doesn't know how to communicate They don't call they email me once. How often do I check my email not often enough unless I'm looking for a load I just booked. So I make it home turn in the trailer to a St. Louis location. A few weeks later I go back to a St. Louis location to rent a trailer. They tell me I'm on a block list so they called Atlanta to try to see why... they said I owe a fee which I didn't know. I assume everything came out of my account. Like I said I got no calls. I didn't even see Penske in the email until I went all the way back during the time I had their trailer and there was one email so they tried contacting me once and then put me on the block list. But why best mistake there was a guy in the office when all this was going on and he told me where I can get a trailer. Lucky for me it's cheaper 1 fee per month so that's the good I got out of this. WARNING if you are new owner op don't rent from this spot there are other Penske's in Atlanta...this has happened before and like I said penske will just call me and we will get things straight so things like that can happen and will probably happen. But if you rent from these guys you may be on the block list if that happened while renting from this Penske. To top it off they only had an 11yr old rusty trailer should have gave me a discount. I was at the shop every week because something fell off or came loose.

  The worst experience ever.if I could give zero stars I would. Be careful they will add additional charges to your account (from someone else) lie to you say it’s resolved and then add you to a do not rent list. I have Been with Penske for at least 2 years and the way I was Treated at this location by Juan and Caleb was deplorable to say the least. They should be fired. And have training in customer service. The attitudes they possessed was disgraceful. Rented from them and $800 in additional charges from another account was added to my account. Tariq from Lithia springs took care of this issue in July. Thank god for him seems like he’s the only one with customer service decency. Found out that there was a mix up.. took two weeks to resolve. No problem right.. Rented from them again in September, no problem. After my rental about two weeks later I get A call from Caleb saying I owe $800 literally a day before my next reservation. After I explained several times I dont owe and this was taken care of in July even sent e-mails. No one responded to them. Next day (day of my rental) they decided not to rent to me even tho the error was on their part and not mine. They all need to be retrained at this location just disgusting location as a whole. The biggest scam of truck rentals of all time.

  They did not do any work on my vehicle that I requested. Told me that I had to go to my home terminal for PM.Could not work on APU and never even addressed the Air Leak Penske should just go out of business because they don't fix there own Trucks.
