- DGDalvin GadsonSep 14, 20241.0I went online to order a 16ft truck for a little over $100 and it came with unlimited mileage.. the website was acting weird so I called the customer service to order the truck.. I ended up paying for miles.. I ended up almost having to pay for extra gas as well.. Penske workers lied and said the truck has tank was full when I picked it up . It was under half a tank when I picked it up ...and the Penske worker told me to drop it off at 3/4s of the gas tank... When I got my bill it was over 600 dollars.. all because of them adding on extra shit that wasn't supposed to be added.. company is ass....simple..

The only reason the company works with Penske is because there aren’t that many rental truck companies. The Penske team is not competent at all. They never have my insurance on file despite renting from them every month. They regularly get truck rentals mixed up. The Penske team is not well-equipped to work with customers. Whenever they encounter a frustrating situation or challenge, they hangs up. If you are fortunate to have any other rental options, please work with those companies.
