Disappointed with the explanation and service.

I pushed back and was told I got what I paid for. Totally disappointed. Will not go back. Strongly do not recommend. Pics are AFTER the titan cleaning interior and exterior. I know my car was dirty, it’s an element. It’s meant to be used. So we use it hard. But it isn’t that hard to clean, I’m disabled now or I would do it myself.
