Went through the machine wash and came out to be told that the car doesn’t get a wipe down and I can’t even use the vacuum. So after $30 car wash , I still need to look for another place to get vaccum

That’s when I was told they don’t have a self-serve option and that it includes full cleaning — which wasn’t clearly explained beforehand. I don’t mind paying for good service, and I always tip the guys cleaning my car. But the pricing and communication felt unclear and misleading. If the base wash is $46 and there’s no cheaper option, that should be stated clearly upfront instead of making it seem like there are multiple price tiers. Disappointed by the lack of transparency.
