If I do need to wait, their customer lounge is always clean & tidy & comfortable. There is also outside seating. The employees are genuinely friendly and very respectful to women. I trust their recommendations and information. I often can arrive on the spur of the moment & they accommodate me. There are plenty of employees to perform a task so I never have to spend a long time while they work on my vehicle.
