I schedule an appt for 4:00pm, arrive at 3:55 and wait on my car in the lobby. We’ve now hit the 5:50 mark and it’s still up being worked on. The bay’s were almost clear when I pulled up. What’s the point of an appointment if you wait two hours for an oil change. Might as well have been a walk-in

- LPLinda PogueDec 18, 20254.0I am a regular customer, visited Midtown Tire for annual review - desk staff (especially Ashley) were very friendly and efficient - I had an appointment, but the car was not looked at till over an hour later, then it (the alinement) took 45 minutes - all together I was there over 2 hours = a bit of a disappointment for having an appointment - the second disappointment was the 3% addition to the bill for using a credit card (which might be in the small print, but wasn’t mentioned in person), this seems like a lot for what is a very typical form of payment - none-the-less the work on the car was good
