By 5 PM, I was told to come back and wait with the other customers — six hours later, nothing had been done. Then I was informed I needed a new caliper — after they broke it! They apparently have only one mechanic who can do brakes, and in the end, it took three days just to get the job finished. To make matters worse, they demanded payment before the job was even completed. I’m still in an ongoing back-and-forth with the regional manager, Wyatt, regarding the compensation we agreed upon. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! There are far more professional and reliable options on Howell Mill Road.
