My sister and I got a flat tire less than 2 miles from Mavis Tires and if that wasn’t bad enough, they were preparing to close. The manager Sequoia and her staff Will and Mason went over and beyond in ensuring that the tire was repaired and most importantly that we were (are) safe. Couldn’t ask for better customer service and care!

- BHBrian HatfieldFeb 2, 20261.0I called at 8:45AM and made an appointment for 12:00 for a specific set of new tires (which they confirmed on the phone that they would be able to pull from their warehouse nearby by Noon). When I arrived they had seemingly no knowledge of my appointment, did not have the tires and offered me different ones that were not nearly comparable. I asked how long it would take for them to get the tires, they said they could have them by 3:00 today and on the car by 4:30. I left the car with them and called back at 3PM and they said the tires had arrived and they just needed an hour to get them on. To give them some extra time I arrived back at the shop at 5PM to see that they had not even taken my old tires off the car and proceeded to wait for over an hour and a half, past when they close at 6PM for them to complete the job. The front desk personnel were nice enough, but I would never come back and would strongly recommend anyone else to choose any other option to trust with their cars.
