Only found out because I had to take my car to a mechanic shortly after this who was 100% no oil change was done, the engine damage was do to low oil

This response was after I told her that we got a quote for my tire to be repaired and if it could not be, we had another quote for me to get a new tire. She did not say that she or someone would come and tell me whether or not the tire could be repaired, which no one did come to me to let me know if it could be repaired or not. The only time they came back to me is when the car was ready with the brand new tire on it. No one told me why the other tire could not be repaired. They just put on the new tire which was fine, but you need to have some sort of Customer Service attitude to let the customer know what they have asked before you do it.

- ESElias SanabriaDec 17, 20255.0I had an phenomenal experience at the Sandy Springs location. I am typically a DIY guy for cars however I didn’t have all the equipment to do the work. I spoke to Dennis the manager and explained what I was looking to do. He said to ensure that it was what I needed that he would need to diagnose it. He then agreed that I needed a new bearing on my vehicle. I got the part and he then he did the labor. Shortly after the repair a new noise was coming from that wheel it was the brake shied and he bent it back into place. Followed by a suspension issue that a different place falsely diagnosed and turned out all I needed was more power steering fluid in my vehicle. Kudos to Dennis and his team for helping me out as I prepared my car for the holiday travel! I highly recommend them for their honesty and professionalism!
