- JSjared summer1 day ago1.0Kinda crazy that I spent almost 1300 dollars in there and had to come back. Paid to have tires put on and after waiting almost 2 hours with an appointment I went on my way and left hearing terrible noises in my front end. Turns out they had the weight put on wrong on my wheels and were rubbing on the brake components. Took it back and waited another hour+ for them to fix it. After hearing the bosses comments to my problem it sounds like it is a common issue. This problem mixed with employees vaping in the lobby will make me never want to bring a vehicle back here again.

- LSLuis SalgadoOct 27, 20251.0If I could give them a no star I would , I'd stay away from this place , Stopped by on Sunday to get my spare put on until I got a tire , when I went to finally went to throw the original tire on at home. I found out they stripped all 5 lug nuts , when confronted about it they denied it and proceed to say "I wasn't charged for the service and that it had already been a week , I was not able to get a tire until a couple days later , Regardless if they charged for it or not the lug nuts were not stripped before , refused to repair when they caused the issue . They are willing to put your lives as risk without a care , those studs could have snapped on while driving . Unethical and not trustworthy , Be aware of this place .

I came in needing a tire patched after running over a nail, and when I mentioned I had a Ford warranty (but doubted it would apply), they let me know it should be covered. Instead of pushing for a sale or acting in their own interest, they genuinely looked out for what was best for me. They even added extra air to my tire free of charge so I was able to safely drive to the dealership. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days.
